Really terrific, but as he is a co-titular organist and not the sole titular organist, should the woring not be stated as such? His co-titular organist, Sophie-Véronique Cauchefer-Choplin is formidable and has been there much longer. The co-title was given so both could pursue other activities as well and share the responsibility and Daniel Roth still plays monthly.

Noticing the action on that organ is pretty fast. Much faster than many theater organs with electropneumatic actions are.

I LOVE Saint-Sulpice. I had the good fortune to attend one of the Paris international organ competitions (Concours internationaux de la Ville de Paris) which are, sadly, no more. Of all of the locations used for the competition, Saint-Sulpice was my favorite. Great organ, great cathedral. People were free to come and go so I took advantage of not needing to be seated to walk very slowly through the déambulatoire while the competitors were playing. It was an amazing aural and visual experience I'll never forget.

J'ai quelques observations à faire mais toutes belles. L'orgue sur lequel il joue est sublime. L'organiste sait très bien choisir les sonorités de l'orgue et ses combinaisons sont justes propres. Et il joue a merveille.
